Important Notes:
1. Additionally, according to the cable car company’s regulations, children taller than 1.4 meters (including 1.4 meters) must have a pass issued in advance. Children who exceed this height limit must pay the additional admission fee at the time of registration: 50 yuan for the ancient site maintenance fee + 210 yuan for the mountain entry fee (including the “Impression” show) + 120 yuan for the main cable car + 20 yuan for the shuttle bus = 400 yuan. This is to allow us to issue the cards in advance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
2. Important Information Regarding the Main Cable Car: Due to the limited capacity of the Main Cable Car, and to ensure safe operations, the Lijiang government requires that the Snow Mountain Main Cable Car not be operated beyond its capacity. Therefore, the Grand Cable Car scenic area has implemented a ticket quota system. During peak periods, the cable car company may employ measures such as facial recognition, random selection, or lotteries to manage visitor access; none of these methods can guarantee which tour group will be able to ride the Grand Cable Car. If, on the day of the tour, the Grand Cable Car cannot be arranged due to force majeure such as strong winds, tickets being sold out (the Yulong Snow Mountain Glacier Grand Cable Car has a daily ticket sales limit), or the cable car being out of service; our agency will automatically adjust your itinerary to use the Small Cable Car at Yunshanping or the Medium Cable Car at Liumiuping, and then refund the cable car price difference of 80 yuan per person to you with a signed receipt. We cannot guarantee access to the Grand Cable Car; please be advised!!! If none of the cable cars can be arranged, the cable car fee of 120 yuan per person will be refunded on the spot.
A Friendly Reminder:
1. Yulong Snow Mountain has low temperatures and a high elevation. Depending on your physical condition, if you need cold-weather gear or oxygen, you can rent them at the scenic area at your own expense. The cable car operates on a real-name registration system, and tickets must be purchased in advance. If you decide to forgo the tour upon arrival at the scenic area for personal reasons, no refunds will be issued. Thank you for your understanding. Yulong Snow Mountain is a popular tourist destination that attracts large crowds during peak season and on holidays. To ensure the safety of all visitors and maintain orderly sightseeing, please be aware that there may be some wait time when boarding the cable car. Please do not push or shove, follow the guidelines, and practice responsible tourism.
2. Children between 1.2 and 1.39 meters in height must purchase a ticket at the on-site discounted rate; children under 1.19 meters enter for free (for reference only; specific charges are subject to the attraction’s on-site pricing policy).
3. The children’s rate does not include the admission fee for the “Impressions of Lijiang” show, which is priced at 280 yuan at the attraction. Specific charges for children will be determined based on the actual conditions at the attraction.
4. During your visit, the cable car station may become crowded, which could result in lines; please be patient. Temperatures on the mountain are low, so please dress warmly during your visit.

Frequently Asked Questions
Accommodations and dining are the foundation of the travel experience, and we have strict selection criteria. When it comes to accommodations, we conduct on-site inspections of hotels in advance and clearly indicate their actual star rating/category, location, and amenities (such as air conditioning, bathrooms, Wi-Fi, etc.). Even in remote areas, we select accommodations with the best local reputation and that meet hygiene standards;
Regarding meals, we select local, reputable restaurants for our group meals. The menus feature a balance of meat and vegetarian dishes with flavors that appeal to a wide audience. We also specify the meal price (100 RMB per person) to ensure adequate portion sizes and high standards of hygiene; If you have any dietary restrictions (vegetarian, allergies, food aversions, etc.), please let us know in advance. We will coordinate with the restaurant beforehand to customize your meal to meet your needs as much as possible.
Transportation is key to a comfortable trip. The tour buses we select undergo regular maintenance and disinfection, feature spacious seats, and are equipped with conveniences such as bottled water, charging ports, and motion sickness medication. For long-distance trips, we’ll schedule rest stops every two hours to give you time to relax and stretch your legs. (We guarantee one seat per person);
At the same time, our itinerary is carefully planned to maintain a balanced pace—avoiding a rushed schedule—so you can have a great time without becoming physically or mentally exhausted, and truly enjoy the relaxing experience of travel.
This is what matters most to you, and it’s our top priority! We promise there will be no forced shopping or hidden purchases throughout the entire trip;
If the itinerary includes designated shopping stops (such as local specialty shops or brand-owned stores), purchases are entirely voluntary; there will be absolutely no coercion or delays.
Our products completely avoid this issue. First, we offer customized tours centered around sightseeing, with ample time set aside for in-depth exploration of key attractions; second, we reject rushed itineraries and carefully plan transportation and the order of attractions to minimize wasted travel time. If you feel tired during the trip, we can arrange a rest day based on your preferences.
Before traveling to high-altitude areas, it is recommended that you get plenty of rest and avoid rapid ascent to prevent altitude sickness.
Once you reach high altitudes, strenuous exercise, brisk walking, taking hot showers, staying up late, and drinking alcohol can all increase the body’s oxygen demand, triggering or worsening altitude sickness; walking slowly, getting plenty of rest, and drinking plenty of water can effectively alleviate these symptoms.
